We believe all organizations have a responsibility to address the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion through policy. At Third Rock Consulting, DEI&B will be lived when we:

DEI&B will not be lived when we:

• Tolerate discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, sexual or social identity of any kind when it occurs.
• Base hiring decisions on factors other than potential, experience, and alignment with our values.
• Compensate individuals differently for the same or similar work.

Leadership Accountability

• Senior leadership is responsible for implementing and progressing DEI&B initiatives.
• Annual performance reviews for leaders include DEI&B goals.
• Regularly assess progress and adjust as needed for continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Approach

• Regularly collect and analyze diversity metrics to inform DEI&B strategies.
• Welcome feedback from employees, clients, and partners to enhance DEI&B efforts.
• Use data to identify gaps, set targets, and measure progress.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

• Support the formation and operation of ERGs for underrepresented groups.
• Encourage ERGs to participate in decision-making and contribute to DEI&B strategy.

Supplier Diversity

• Increase the diversity of our suppliers by engaging with minority-owned, women-owned, and other underrepresented businesses.
• Track and report on supplier diversity efforts.
